Mix Description
Gail is the national weight loss writer at Examiner.com and blogs over at ShrinkingSisters.com where she does a great post every week called “Tunes for Tuesday”. In her posts she features a new song every week that helps power her workouts so we thought it would be fun to team up and produce a mix based on this great series! What we produced is an eclectic but fun mix called “Wogging My World” and it’s a perfect mix for when you’re in the mood for a leisurely run (or a combination walk/jog aka wogging). You probably won’t set a PR to this mix, but you will have a fun workout that will leave you feeling good and on track for your goals!

Not sure if you want to keep the name for the latest mix. Wog my Run. While I can see where you get the term from, it might be misinterpreted.
From Wikipedia:
Wog or Pog is a slang word with a number of meanings, generally considered derogatory and, in some instances, extremely offensive when used in relation to ethnicity.

Thanks!
I will admit that what is allowed on the radio these days isn't 100% zero swearing. It seems they are getting more and more lax on what's acceptable.
It's also possible that a swear word does make it into a mix on accident. We ask the DJ's to let us know if a mix has explicit lyrics but sometimes things slip through. We appreciate if you do find a mix like this, let us know and we'll investigate.
Wog is also an accepted term in the running community when describing the combination of walking & jogging.
@adam.riggs-zeigen,
I wouldn't have worrited about it or changed the name. I understand why you did, I guess, but wasn't needed.
