Typically at Rock My Run, we focus on running music to help you run faster, stronger and longer.  However there are a numbers of experts out there that preach the benefits of "slow running" including this article from Runner's World that we tweeted last week. But just because you're keeping your pace in check doesn't mean you don't deserve some great running music! So DJ JLouis put together this mix called "Sweet Emotion" that, although it's house music, is a more chill mix that will give you the just the right energy to get you moving, but with enough breakdowns to keep your pace in check.

This mix is perfect for one of those runs that are a little more chill.  A little more relaxed, where you're not pushing fast, you're not cranking hard and not challenged to finish the run.  From remixes of Marvin Gaye to a little 80's with a Billie Jean remix, it still has our signature genre-busting music, but in a way that is a bit more mellow than some of our other mixes.
