Let's face it: You're not always in the mood to run. Sometimes you're tired, you have a lot going or you just don't have the time. For those that feel this way from time to time, this mix is for you! By combining the mind of #FitBlog founder Katy Widrick with the skills of DJ Riggz, we've created a fun, cross-genre mix that bounces around various BPM's and will help put smile on your face for 40 minutes.

Starting out around 105 BPM, this is clearly not the mix you want to run "on beat" to! Instead, get a nice jog pace going and let songs from pop to R&B, hip-hop and yes, even a little country, help entertain you on your next run. I LOVE this mix! It's simply awesome from start to finish! I'd like to see more music mashups from this DJ and Katy! And, country-pop is great by me ... don't be afraid to include country music at an upbeat pop tempo into the mixes for Rock My Run.

Let me start off by saying that this is one of my favorite Rock My Run mixes, but the music is all over the place. There are a lot of tracks I love, but a few I have to skip through (especially the country ones). I really like how the mix finishes and find it really energizing.
