Whether it’s music, running or ones goals in life, we should not limit ourselves to artificial constraints. That is what this mix, "No Boundaries" is all about.

If you are interested in blasting through the boundaries of what you think your body can handle, this mix is your perfect companion. It fluidly crosses over between styles, genres and generations to provide a fun, energetic and interesting set of tracks to accompany you on your run. There is literally something for everyone in this mix (except country – sorry country music fans).

The motivation in this mix is a good balance of content:

The voice-overs are infrequent, about every 10 mins
Occur at specific times (10 mins, 20 mins etc.)
Only let you know how long you have at the half way point
A little snipits of inspiration, not monologues
Include a couple of tips to help keep your form

I realized while listening to this mix that one downfall of buying this versus a bunch of independent songs is that you can't forward through songs you don't like. (Well not on an ipod shuffle. On a regular ipod you could skip forward a bit). There were some songs I loved and hadn't heard in a while and others I wasn't too fond of. If I wanted to listen to the mix again I'd have to listen through the songs I didn't like again to get to the ones I do like.

The different genres. They kept me engaged during a longer run. This was also great to listen to during other workouts other than running. I really enjoyed it!

I can get this mix to play in iTunes - but for the life of me it wont sync onto my iPhone.
I have 4 other mixes already on my iPhone... I also have several other artists songs longer than this mix itself already on my iPhone... Im just so stumped!
Help?

Sorry you didn't love it @Cwarren but we have tons of other mixes you might dig! When mixing weights and running, I tend to like a bit lower BPM stuff thats more focused on one genre. What do you like?
